SCAMPI Class-A Appraisals
The "Class-A" Appraisal is the gold-standard for evaluating process maturity and awarding a CMMI maturity or capability level rating to your organization. Class-A Appraisals are collaborative, planned events that are led by an SEI Authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser along with a trained appraisal team. Broadsword is a full-service appraisal provider that is authorized to deliver all SCAMPI Class A Appraisal services.
Broadsword specializes in "verification-mode" appraisals - a method that reduces the complexity and effort of the onsite appraisal in order to keep time and costs to a more manageable level.
SCAMPI Class-B & Class-C Appraisals
SCAMPI "Class-B" and "Class-C" Appraisals are less formal, less costly, and less intensive than the Class-A. While they don't result in a Maturity or Capability Level rating, they are an excellent way to reduce risk and verify that your process is performing at a high level of performance
Broadsword's Class-B and Class-C Appraisals include a detailed gap analysis and a blueprint for improving performance in preparation for your SCAMPI Class-A.
